The LOFT Podcast is a London-based leadership video brand hosted by Ranil DeSilva, featuring deep conversations with CEOs and global executives on navigating complexity, leading teams, and decision-making under pressure.
With a format built around long-form, high-value leadership dialogue, The LOFT was producing content worthy of a wide audience — but with only ~45 subscribers and 300–500 views per video, the channel had almost no organic reach. The conversations were exceptional. The discoverability was not.

The Challenge
